Refunds & Returns
Payments:
Customers can make payments via credit/debit cards and e-wallets, net banking and other options the logos of which are displayed in payment options.
Cancellation:
No cancellations of orders placed shall be entertained once the payment has been approved, except in the cases of damage or defective delivery.
In such a case , the customer may inform us at support@soulzvoice.com along with a video of unpacking of the product. Please mention the invoice details for us to take prompt action.
Replacement:
The damaged/defective/ wrongly sent product shall be replaced as soon as possible.
