Every emotion has a physical manifestation. Our immunity is compromised when we live in a state of recurring emotional and mental trauma. If we operate from a place of unknown fear and suppressed emotions, we refuse the opportunity to live in a healthy body. We are constantly annoyed, irritable and our energy falls leading to fatigue and exhaustion. When we are allergic to people’s points of view, we feel fed up with people’s judgement and deny our own power, we often fall sick. Constant comparison and a feeling of being left out, where we yearn for attention , someone to listen to us – all of these emotions lead to frequent sicknesses. We feel overwhelmed by our surroundings, feel too much is going on and are hurt by trivial matters. We live in a state of mind and confusion and feel small and weak in our surrounding .
